Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions will apply to this prize draw:

The Prize Draw is open only to shooters competing in the Perazzi World Sporting Series 2007/2008. One entry is given for competing in ten shoots of that Series and a further entry given for every Series shoot competed in above that ten.

The winners will be drawn at random in October 2008 by an independent panel.  The first entry drawn will receive a Perazzi MX12 Pro-sport Shotgun, the second entry drawn will receive 6000 Rottweil Cartridges and the third entry drawn will receive 4000 Rottweil Cartridges.

There is no cash alternative to the prizes.

By participating, the winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.

Winners will be informed by e-mail or telephone by 31^st October 2008, when information about the winners will be posted on the World Sporting website, www.worldsporting.net .

The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion in whole or in part, without prior notice or compensation.

The Promoter is World Sporting.

The promotion runs from 14^th October 2007 to 5^th October 2008.

It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the prize draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules.  In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
