| World Sporting Pro Handicap is the ultimate Clay shooting
discipline, taking its roots from English Sporting
in its representation of the simulation of live
quarry in natural surroundings. Combined with
the handicap
system World Sporting will undoubtedly become
the World recognised form
of competitive Sporting
Clay Pigeon Shooting.
There are two forms of World Sporting
shoots that registered shooting grounds can
offer.
Shot over 60 or
100 targets, shooting grounds
can opt to use
2 Trap (standard) or the 3 Trap
(Championship level) course. This offers
shooting grounds the option to run shoots suited
to the competitor and ground resources.
Shoots types will be defined when advertised
by targets and trap format.
Registration is free to the shooter, who will
be given a unique Registration number when entering
their first registered World Sporting shoot. They
will then gain a handicap that will enable them
to shoot at any participating grounds Worldwide.
Registered shooting grounds worldwide will be
of a high standard, offering local and travelling
competitors targets in the most natural of settings,
with traps, mainly unseen from
the shooting positions,
providing targets of the highest quality. Applications
from Clay Shooting Grounds worldwide are now being
taken. For more details please see the registration
request page.
