60 bird Shoot(3 trap)

A World Sporting shoot comprises 60 targets.
shot over a course of 8 stands. One entry per person only.
6 stands shooting 8 targets - 2 stands shooting 6 targets.

60 Bird Registered Competition
The ground owner/course designer will set up the shoot with the winning score of 54 in mind. This score will be treated as the Par. Full details of the handicap system can be found at the handicap system section of this site.


Prize Structure

High gun prize guaranteed as advertised.

First level payout.
Top places including high gun prize will be awarded without handicap being added to your score.

Second level payout
Top places with handicap added.

Prize Fund Share
Depending on entry the remaining prize fund will be shared and spread over first and second levels.

One prize per person
It is possible for anybody to win prizes in first level
It is possible for a scratch shooter to pick up in any level

The 60 Target 3 Trap Course 

 
3 Trap / 8 Target Stand


6 Stands of 8 Targets

Six of the stands will comprise
3 traps throwing various forms of sporting targets.

Format set by course designer and
can range from straight pairs to combinations as example below.

From the example picture on left
the sequence could be.
1st pair - 1 followed by 2 on report
2nd pair - 2 followed by 3 on report
3rd pair - 3 followed by 1 on report
4th pair - 1 and 2 simultaneous


2 Stands of 6 Targets (2 Trap)

Two stands will comprise
2 traps throwing 6 targets.

Format set by course designer and can range from straight pairs to combinations as example below.

From the example picture on right the sequence could be.

1st pair-1 followed by 2 on report
2nd pair 2 followed by 1 on report
3rd pair 1 and 2 simultaneous
